  • The card search inside a Showcase — and inside a shared, read-only view — now speaks the same language as the main Collection search bar. Type a query like t:creature, id:gw, c:r, is:foil, or cmc>=4, and combine them with OR, NOT, and parentheses, instead of just matching a card's name.
Notes from the Archivist

A small sharpening of yesterday's addition. When we made Showcases and Shares searchable, the box inside a showcase only matched on a card's name — serviceable, but a step behind the rich query language the Collection page has long understood. Now they're the same tool: ask a showcase for its red instants, its colourless artifacts, its four-drops, in exactly the syntax you'd use anywhere else in the archive. The list pages still search by plain name, as they should — there are no card types in a list of list names. And because the read-only shared view runs your query before it draws the curated cards, a search can only narrow what was already on display; it can never coax out a detail the owner chose to keep private.
